One litter with GCHP2 CH Slick - Born June 25th. 2022
Awol is our first bred-by from Toxin x Pecos. It was pretty evident early on that she was meant to stay- she attached herself to me at the hip and was my constant shadow, even as a four week old puppy. Much like her mother, she is a do-it-all kind of dog. She will try anything that is asked of her with enthusiasm. She is extremely food and toy driven, and very handler oriented.
Awol is the life of the party type of dog. She has loads of personality. She makes some of the cutest little vocalizations - aroos and grunts. She's a vocal girl and not afraid to voice her opinion about things, and always makes it a point to announce her presence where ever she goes. She's always happy - her tail is ALWAYS wagging. She's goofy and oh-so-sweet.
While Awol has a healthy dose of aloofness with new people, it doesn't take long before she warms up and becomes your best friend. She loves to be loved on - and will do anything to get your attention, including making little aroos and grunts to do so.
Awol has shown quite a bit of natural ability and talent on sheep, and she will be going to Montana to trial in herding in 2024. Agility is also in the future for us - she's shaping up to be an incredible agility dog and I'm excited to see where this leads us in NADAC and AKC agility.
